SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES
The countdown to Christmas is well and truly underway. It's a busy time of year and I will aim to make all orders and post them out to you to receive by Christmas. However, please be aware of the Royal Mail last posting dates, as once I've sent your order it's up the postal system at this very busy time of year!
Within UK (2nd Class) - please place your order by Sunday 16th December
(I could do 1st Class or Special Delivery at an additional cost to you - please contact me for costs and deadlines)
Australia & NZ - please place your order by Saturday 8th December
Europe, Canada & USA - please place your order by Wednesday 12th December
Rest of the world - please place your order by Wednesday 5th December
All UK all orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a proof of postage. If you would prefer Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery please contact us prior to making payment as there may be additional postage costs to cover this.
International orders are sent via tracked airmail and, depending on the country you live in, can take up to 20 business days to arrive.
Customs fees, taxes and charges – you are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes or charges that your country’s import laws impose. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
